gpm and stm

On HP-UX 10.20, what is the latest version for stm (currently A.05)? Can I upgrade stm? GPM is not working, what patches do I need to apply?
swlist shows the following:

When try to start gpm, what is the error message that you get? Also did you look at status files??

which file should I look into? The timestamp seems to be quite old.

There are some patches for STM PHSS_19536 , PHSS_20006

GPM -> PHCO_31920, PHKL_25439 may help.

Look at every status file. Also Check ig gpm has been installed properly or not.

The last version of OnlineDiags (which includes STM) that was released for 10.20 was A.29.00 (HWE0112). The last patch for that release was PHSS_29444.

I'm not sure if you can still obtain these directly from HP.

(http://www.docs.hp.com/en/diag/stm/stm_upd.htm#table shows the releases; as 10.20 is not supported any longer, you'll see the 10.20 versions in the 'Unsupported' section of the table)

I am able to display the glance proper via a desirable terminal session (hp-2392).
