Solution
From the console (ctrl-B) to get to GSP. In GSP prompt .. enter the "so" (security option & access contol) command. This is a brief snapshot of what the session would look like ..
GSP> so
SO
This command allow you to modify the security options and access control
GSP wide parameters are:
. Login Timeout: 1 minutes.
. Number of Password Faults allowed: 3
. Flow Control Timeout: 5 minutes.
Do you want to modify the GSP wide parameter ?(Y/[N]) y
Current Login Timeout: 1 minutes.
Do you want to modify it? (Y/[N])
Current Number of Password Faults allowed: 3
Do you want to modify it? (Y/[N])
Current Flow Control Timeout: 5 minutes.
Do you want to modify it? (Y/[N])
User number 1 parameters are:
. User's Name:
. User's Login:
. Organization's Name:
. Dial-back configuration: Disabled
. Access Level: Operator
. Mode: Single
. User's state: Disabled
Do you want to modify the user number 1 parameters? (Y/[N]/Q to quit)
Just follow through .. it's quite simple really..

For more information you may want to access the GSP Help System and look at the so option.
To achieve this press the ctrl and B keys to get to the GSP prompt.
At the GSP prompt type "he" (for the GSP Help System).
Next type "so" for Security Options and you will be returned with help documentation to assist in your endeavours.
At the same level as "he" you can also use the "li" (List) option to show other available and usefull GSP commands.
