GUI login hanging

i have problem with GUI when getting logged into GUI through Xmanger(applications) itganging it's not enter into GUI even any prompt or it's not get back, what i have to do loginto GUI in hpux 11iV2

Do you see a login screen or nothing but a blue screen

Exactly what is you Xapplication Xmanger

i am getting login session i entered login nae and password afterward nothing display just cursor is processing stage (bluescrren)

application is Xmanager

and i am sending u if any error let me check

there is no error (no line ) in /var/dt/Xerror file

Hi Siva,

The problem is usually due to improper name resolution. Check your /etc/hosts for any duplicate entries of your hostname(with 2 different host names).

Also run this script at /usr/contrib/bin/X11/dr_dt

and correct any errors shown by its output. This should help you resolve this issue.
