Hardware event occured! View the attachment urgently! File: /tmp/cstm.out

Keep getting (every 10 minutes) the following message in IT/O:

Hardware event occured! View the attachment urgently! File: /tmp/cstm.out

But /tmp/cstm.out is 0 bytes!

Also, cstm doesn't work:
goranht# cstm

Exiting the STM UI due to an unexpected error.

Possible Causes:
Internal Application Error.
The UI Activity Log and/or the System Activity Log may contain
more detailed information. If possible, refer to those log files
for additional help.

Have you checked the following files for clues:

/var/stm/logs/sys/activity_log
/var/stm/logs/ui_activity_log

try starting the diagmond

/sbin/init.d/diagnostic start

If that doesn't work, just install the latest version on top of your current and try to reproduce..
