help: cdrom all in lowercase

When mounting with -o cdcase all the files are lowercased.

How can I burn a CDROM that works on hp-ux

Have you tried using pfs_mount to mount the CD?

nope not yet...

would that work on a cdrom with iso9660 format?

Yep, should do. Have a look at the pfs_mount man page, you can specify a type of iso9660 with the -t option to pfs_mount (or use pfs-iso9660 in the pfs_fstab file).

I spoke to Bill Hassell yesterday, and I think one bit of info I got is very much fitting in this thread. If not yet available, it should be out within the next two weeks: a patch to auto-detect RRIP (Rock Ridge Extensions) when mounting a CD, so no more need for PFS!

First patch available will be for 11i, 11.00 and friends to follow soon. Search for RRIP.
