help with creating a golden image CD/DVD
Hi,
I have only one machine in the whole network with HP-UX running in it and my manager want’s me to create a golden image of it into a CD/DVD. I cant use Ingite-UX because it is server-client based so I am looking for help with creating a golden image into a CD/DVD.
I am new to HP-UX and looked every where for documents, I just don’t seem to find the steps to create golden image into a cd/dvd.
Any link or help would greatly be appreciated.

Re: help with creating a golden image CD/DVD
HI sep22ph.
Yes ignite ise server-client based, but if you have a tape device on the server you can use make_tape_recovery -Av and that will create a bootable OS image that should take care of your problem.
Check these links.
