Re: help
The answer is yes, they are all normal processes. With the exception of the rlpdaemon
(Remote lp spooler daemon) they are all associated with STM (Support Tools Manager) and monitor and/or log the state of system hardware. If you are concerned that some of these (usually pmsctd - Peripheral Status Monitor daemon) are unusually active, there are some workarounds/patches available. Search 'pmsctd' and you will find several references.

Re: help
diagmond, diaglogd and memlogd are from Diagnostics software loaded with Support Tools Manager.
I'm not too familiar with what psmctd is, but I think it is also loaded with the Diagnostics bundle.

Re: help
further question:
is there any security risk with the process
psmctd & rlpdaemon?
because i found some unusually active like
rlpdaemon 1760 root 0u inet 0x0383b200 0t0 TCP myhostname:515->x.x.x.com:3750 (ESTABLISHED)
psmctd 1502 root 8u inet 0x060e2000 0t0 TCP *:1080 (LISTEN)
psmctd 1502 root 10u inet 0x060f4d00 0t3 TCP nms:1080->x.x.x.x(ip):2431 (ESTABLISHED)
any suggestion will be aappreciated

Re: help
Further to the above:-
psmctd- Peripheral Status Client/Target daemon
See man psmctd
The ripdaemon is showing a connection for remote printing and any connection to and from the server has security implications although I have not seen problems documented about the ripdaemon and security.
If you do a man for each of the services you mentioned then it will give you more information.
