How assigning a IP_Address a Multiples LAN Adapters.

It is Possible?
the main objective is to have a balance of loads between two cards of network with single ip_address.

Sounds like it might be a job for Auto Port Aggregation or APA. I found a thread on it here:

Yes, you are able to do this with auto port aggregation. The link above will give you a lot of information.

keep in mind that APA software is something that you need to purchase additionaly. It is not included in any version or operating environment of HP-UX and it is not cheap by any means.

It can be used to load balance or it can be used as hot and stand-by pair for seamless operation in case one leg of the network fails due to whatever.

APA is what you would need, and is separately purchaseable. Also note that it requires specific switches and NIC's.
