How can i change where Your password will expire in mesg displays during user login

Greetings fellow admins;

We have several servers running hpux 11iv3 with shadow passwords and /etc/defaults/security options. The problem were having pertains to the password expiration message. By the time the copyright and /etc/issue messages roll by the users do not see the password expiration message.

Does anyone out there have a way to display this message after the copyright and /etc/issue messages have been displayed?
