How do I upgrade iPlanet 4.1.5 to Version 6?

I currently have HP-UX 11 running iPlanet 4.1.5 and need to upgrade to version 6. The current version I have running on the system was installed with swinstall with an HP part number (J6361-85001) and codeword.

In order to do this upgrade should I go through HP and do the same, or should I just download from Sun and install?

Since I paid for the original version, will I also have to pay for the upgrade?

Please advise as I am getting mixed reports on which way to do this and would like to know from the experts! :-)
