Re: how i start the networker services for hp ux
what service exactly do you want to start.
If you want to define network subsystem, then initialize ip addresses, then start inetd
/sbin/init.d/net.init start -> network low level init
/sbin/init.d/net start -> configure network interfaces
/sbin/init.d/inetd start -> start inetd

Re: how i start the networker services for hp ux
"Networker services" is a bit ambiguous. It might mean "networking services" as many seem to have guessed... or it might refer to the services related to the EMC (ex-Legato) NetWorker enterprise backup software.
The answer from i_saha is correct for the basic NetWorker backup client agent; if you're talking about the backup-related services in a NetWorker server system, you should refer to the documentation of your particular version of NetWorker. If I recall correctly, a NetWorker server system might have several NetWorker service components, which should be started in a correct order.
(I think NetWorker is a bit confusing name for a backup software... but since it's a long-lived product, I guess we're stuck with the name.)
