how Oracle is started on RAC and CRS environment

how Oracle is started on RAC and CRS environment

We have Oracle RAC and CRS installed, in /sbin/init.d directory, there are init.crs and init.cssd scripts, but no Oracle startup script.

I am wondering how come oracle could be automatically started on the way when the node is boot up?
