How to change terminal type

Hello,

I'm connected to system using LAN Console trying to recover a system, but as you can see in attached file, I can't see ignite menu fine.

How can I change terminal mode from GSP?
Or do you know a client compatible with hp terminal configuration?

I'm using PuTTy and show garbage.
