How to create print queues using ddfa?

Dear All,
I used to create print queues using HP JetAdmin utility (addqueue).
I have no idea like how ddfa works and how to create and administer print queues using ddfa.

We have a problem like when i use
#lpstat -t |grep (printqueue name)
it displays printer xxxx is disabled.
then i tried enabling the printer using #enable xxxx
printer xxxx enabled. After some time it is again going back to the disabled state.

Kindly let me know how to rectify the same.

Thanks

There is a document in the database that will show you one way to do this:

Are these serial printers connected to DTCs? Or do they have network cards?

Kent, what database are you referring to? I'm unable to location anything with that number.

Hi there. I was wondering if you had ever gotten a response to where a possible answer to your question may be. Or, better yet, you have fixed the problem. I am having the same sort of problem. The printer queue is enabled but then disables itself for reasons unknown to us. Please let me know if you've heard anything.
