How to determine ignite image that was used

I have several client machines that were built with a couple of different ignite images. I am looking for a way to determine which 'Golden Image' was used to create the machine. Is that possible and how do I go about it. I don't see anything in the manifest that indicates the name of the golden image that was used.

Re: How to determine ignite image that was used

I ran into this issue a few years back. Not being able to figure it out, I began to include a file on all image template servers that included version information.

I modify it manually.

Re: How to determine ignite image that was used

You can look in the ignite install log. It is kept in two places:

- on the installed machine in /var/opt/ignite/local/install.log

- on the ignite server in /var/opt/ignite/clients//install.log

They are the same file, and contain details about the ignite, including the image name for the install.
