How to enable and calculate GAT AM TCP network reconnection
According to the troubleshooting guide, we set the following parameters for solving the problem "GAT AM not Informed of TCP/IP network Disconnections",
GAT_CS_TCP_KEEPIDLE=600
GAT_CS_TCP_KEEPCNT=300
GAT_CS_TCP_KEEPINTVL=600
GAT_CS_TCP_KEEPALIVE=1
which means the first keepalive probe started after disconnecting 300 Sec, and it try 300 times before reconnecting successfully and each interval is 300 Sec.
The testing result turns like this,
we disconnected the EMS and AM at 10AM, and manually connecte at 2PM. We got one disconnection alarm at 10:47AM and tcp_cc's state turns disconnected and never reconnected successfully later.
we also tried to modify tcp_keepalive_interval, it still didn't work as we expected.
