How to find out printer queue has been disable

Hi,

I found out that Printer queue was disbaled, so some jobs did not print. I wanted to see , can I find some logs and investigate this ?

At what time printer queue was disable and why?

This printer queue is configured on HPUX 11i v1 OS .

Please help me .
