There is no easy answer since the software you mentioned is either open-source and could have come from any download site (including HP) or be supplied by HP's Internet Express CD. When software such as Apache is supplied with the OS install CDs, the version depends on the date of the CD. For instance, there have been several install CDs for 11.00 over the years. SO there is no specific Apache version for a given OS version. About all you can do is to get a table of contents listing from each CD.

Many of the other products you mentioned are not tied to an OS version at all but change revision when they are patched. Still others are not supplied from the OS install discs at all but must be downloaded and installed, some from software.hp.com and some from 3rd party websites.

More details:

BIND: patches control revision
ftpd: patches control revision
Sendmail: patches control revision
OpenSSL: download from software.hp.com
CDE: patches control revision
Java JRE: download from hp.com/go/java
OpenView: no such product. OpenView is the name of a software product line with dozens of different applications such as Glance, Data Protector, Net Node Manager, Operations Center, etc. See: openview.com
Software Distributor: patches control revision
Firefox: download from mozilla.com
Adobe Reader: download from adobe.com
VirtualVault: not an add-on product, but an entirely different OS version. I believe it is no longer available.
