how to identify deal lock ?

Currently, one of my application hanged due to its background jobs runnning but i cannot identify the process which locked the application. Pls help !

Hi,
try with trace , u can make out which process causing this problem. here i have attached for 10.2, u can also identify the process during execution using 'truc' which u need to down load. if u r on 11.0 then u need to download trace. attachment only for 10.2
