Re: how to install......ipv6 ?
Download the depot from the Software Depot web page at: http://www.software.hp.com/
Place the depot into /tmp
Execute swinstall, specifying /tmp/IPV6_DK.v1.1.depot as the source
Select "IPV6AA" as the product to be installed, go to the top menu, and select "Install"
NOTE:Don't worry about the "ERROR" message that gets displayed. This "ERROR" message is really a warning to the user to make sure that you have 11.0 9905 release installed.
Hit "OK" when Analysis is complete. After installing the product, the system will need to be rebooted.
NOTE:During installation of IPv6 Developer's Kit Version 1.1, sendmail may generate some error messages regarding failure to qualify domain name and problems creating SMTP socket. Please ignore these messages. The problems with domain name are resolved when a domain name is defined for the system and the problems with creating SMTP socket are resolved after the system is rebooted with the IPv6 kernel.
Once the system reboots, the installation of the HP-UX IPv6 Developer's Kit version 1.1 is complete.
