how to manually change the system default english CDE to chinese CDE?

Hello,I'am a chinese costomer. My HP-UX is 11.00, and I have installed the simple-Chinese CDE pack. But now the system's default CDE lang is english,How can I change the default CDE to Chinese CDE? Can I modify some configration files?

copy /usr/dt/config/Xconfig to
/etc/dt/config/Xconfig

set the resource, such as this
Dtlogin*language: en_US.iso88591

this will set the default language to en_US.iso88591. how to do what your wanting in in the comments of the file.
