How to move dmp files across two different san

I have two SAN, one in Hp-Ux 11.23, other in different Unix system 64bit. I'm do it to move quickly data from one system to other, for migrate Oracle database. The files will be one or various "dmp". This ist's the result of export with Oracle. What it's the size limit of this dmp files? 20 Gb.?
