Vaish,

You should log this to Connect direct's support cell : http://www.sterlingcommerce.com/Products/Customer/

Re: How to resolve the following error in Connect Direct

Hi

Check for the file permissions so as the user starting the process is able to read the file. Also make sure the destination where you want to copy the file should not have a file with the same name.

Re: How to resolve the following error in Connect Direct

Connect Direct is complaining that it cannnot find or read file /DIRECT/cdunix/work/k444/AAAa06950

Check if the file do exist and if so, is it readable by the connect direct user ?
(cdunix) or whatever you use.

Re: How to resolve the following error in Connect Direct

Look at permissions on your config file, default name secureftp.cfg, and on the certificate file, default name trusted.txt.

Best of luck.
