How to specify pipe file type in PSF files ?

Hi,
My product requires some pipe files to be included in the package. I have included the pipe files in a fileset in the PSF file, however swpackage gives an error when including the pipe files saying that 'pipe files cannot be included'. Any idea how to resolve this?

I haven't used swpackage, but does it have a post install type of script that you can add or modify ?

Perhaps you could create the pipe files from this script.

Probably bad form, but it might be a work around.
