How to Upgrade OPS serviceguard from A.11.09 to A11.14 version ?

Tring to upgrade OPS Serviceguard version with the patch bundle (PHSS_28851 :s700_800 11.X MC/ServiceGuard and SG-OPS Edition A.11.14) . Got the following messages for all filesets."Since there is no
fileset on the target or selected from the source which
matches this specification, fileset "PHSS_28851.ATS-MAN,r=1.0"
will be excluded." How do you upgrade to the newer version ? Total uninstall of old version and then install of a newer version ????

Tried to Install pathc PHSS_28851 b
fileset "PHSS_28851.ATS-RUN,r=1.0"
will be excluded.

of its filesets could be installed.

* Summary of Analysis Phase:
* 7 of 7 filesets will be Skipped.
* The Analysis Phase succeeded.

You mean to say you ar etrying to upgrade from 11.09 to 11.14 just using the patch?
Cannot be done.
You need to update the software with the 11.14 version of the product from your CD set, and then apply the patch.
