Latest version for 10.20 was A.29.00 - December 2001.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: How to upgrade "cstm"
I'm pretty sure you won't find the image for download from an HP site. The thread that Torsten links to just has a link to another thread, and in that case the depot was found on CDs, not online.
A.29.00 was the last version of OnlineDiags for 10.20. You cannot install A.30.00 or any other version for a different OS release.
You say you did find a download, and installed it, but the version did not change. The description you've quoted looks OK (A.29.00 was the Dec 2001 release). Were there any errors from swinstall? What does 'cstm' show for the version when you start it? Are there any errors shown in /var/adm/sw/swagent.log?
Once you have A.29.00 installed, you should also install the latest patch for the OnlineDiags, which I think was PHSS_29444.
Of course, what you really need to be doing is moving to 11i, since not only is 10.20 out of support, but so is 11.00. Your hardware probably is, too.
