How to use cron

Hi,

Could you please tell me the way to program a cron job?

I mean the clear sintaxis, because the man page is not clear.
What does the fields of the command mean?

crontab -l

displays the cron schedule

crontab -e edits it.

man cron

tells you quite effictively how to set up a schedule.
