How do I convert a standard 10.20 server into a trusted system without using SAM.

The command would be tsconvert... Just missed the t there...

You can either go thru SAM or use /usr/lbin/tsconver to convert manually.

Hi Jeremy,

Use "/usr/lbin/tsconvert" to convert the system to trusted.

You will need to understand that it is going to expire all user passwords. So, either you need to let your users know about it or, take out expiry by running this command after tscovert.

/usr/lbin/modprdef -m exptm=0

The command is /usr/lbin/tsconvert. However, I would recommend you to follow all procedures and plans before doing so. Read this document:

/usr/lbin/tsconvert -c to convert the system to trusted and /usr/lbin/tsconvert -r to revert back.

Take copy of of /etc/passwd file before converting the system
