HP Apache on hpux error

Dear Sirs,

We are using hp apache on hpux 11. We are seeing some errors in error log files as below:-
[notice] child pid 21500 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)

We are using apache to communicate to web logic server on hpux 11.

Can someone shed some light on this ?

Can you provide the detail about process 21500 like is it apache service or weblogic?

I couldn't see the pid "21500". It appears that this might have died due to the error in apache.
