HP Distributed Print Service not starting

Hi,
Sorry I forgot to give details of my box. It is HP K450 class running on HP-UX 10.20X and clustered with another same model. The HPDPS was running well but had power fluctuations and since then I could not start it. The errors are as given in the previous threads. Pls. assist
