HP DNS Bind 9.2.0 questions

In Customer HP DNS environment, they created many roaming entries in db.cache. When NEs query roaming entries, DNS will find IP in db.cache and reply IP to NE.

My questions are bellow.

Q1: When forwarding function enabled, DNS will ask db.cache first or forwarding to ancient dns server ( root dns server ) first ?

Q2: Can DNS ask db.cache first when forwarding function enabled? If yes, how to config in DNS server?

Q3: In db.cache, how to search entries? By random or any rules?
