HP integrity Virtual Machine (Windows) connectivity problem

Hi,
I have installed Windows on HP Integrity Virtual Machine (host is HPUX B.11.23).
From SAC> I create a new CMD channel and connect to windows CMD prompt.
From there I can ping every machine, both in my network and on the internet.
But I cannot access this virtual machine neither from the unix host nor from another machine connected to the network. I cannot telnet, ping, etc.
Please help me to solve this issue.

check the windows security and services that it is allowed to do an mstsc or remotelogin is enabled.
