HP Machine Not Booting up

One of our HP A Class machine
is booting up after applying the kernel patch PHKL_27091.

Output of uname -a
> HP-UX hpunix3 B.11.11 U 9000/800 582760568 unlimited-user license

Please find the attachment of the error message.

How to unistall these patch?.
How to get into single user
mode?.
I have a laptop connected to this with hyper terminal.

Re: HP Machine Not Booting up

Time to breakout the make_tape_recovery and see if you can recover the machine, or boot into single user mode:

interact with IPL (enter in YES)

then do this:

hpux -is
mount /usr
mount all

Re: HP Machine Not Booting up

Have you attempted to start the system with th old kernel?

Interrupt the boot sequence and type this fro the ISL prompt.

ISL> hpux /stand/vmunix.prev

Did you create an ignite backup before starting?

Anyone for a Mutiny ?

Re: HP Machine Not Booting up

I think the best way is to reboot your server from vmunix.perv
But if I look at you script, it is not strange for me, did you change something in your HW settings?
