HP Openview Professional

New to this game...Having touble with e-mail notification. It places alarm message into the outbox of windows messaging, but never sends it! How do I change this or what can I use (outlook express) to get my messages to send??? NT 4.0 with option pack 4,

In the Event Configuration GUI, there is a dialog box for automatic actions. Can place your e-mail commands in this box.

This would get better responses on the OV forum.
