HP SMH does not show "Tools"

Hi!

I have installed the SMH package on two servers now. I hade it on one already. The problem is now that on the new installations i can not see all the Tools, like disk configuration and user and groups configuration. The other new installation does not eve show the Tools menu.
I think something is missing on my two new installations, but i do not know what. When i compare the swlist on old and new installation i can not figure out whats missing. Can someone help me?

Oh.. sorry.

The version is v2.2.6 on the old installation that works, and the same on the two new installations.
