HP SSH

Does anyone know if HP Secure Shell which intergrate SSH have TCP Wrappers include in? If yes, what version of TCP Wrappers? What encryption algorithm does it bundle with in HP Secure Shell. How many bits of encrytion does it support by default and max. allowable? Does it have sftp, scp, etc..et..

Hi,

No, tcp_wrapper is not included in HP OpenSSH.
tcp_wrapper 7.6 can be had here at no cost:

http://hpux.cs.utah.edu/hppd/hpux/Networking/Admin/tcp_wrappers-7.6/

Believe default is triple DES - not sure of that bit count - 128 at least I'm sure.
And, yes, sftp & scp are included in OpenSSH.

OpenSSH from HP includes support for SSH-1 and SSH-2 plus IPv6, Open SSL, and TCP Wrappers. There are numerous encryption methods which are selectable through config files.
