HP-UX 10.20 with ACE - VUE stopped working

Good afternoon, 

After many moons, a HP9000 workstation will not boot to VUE 

I did run dr_vue:

 

Any help to resolve would be apprecaited

shell). Unless you really need to, make sure you are not setting it.

Hello Ronan,

This could be due to the permission issue/s .
I would suggest you perform  # swverify \* , go through swahent.log (/var/adm/sw/swagent.log) and fix the permission issues reported .

This was self resolved - it was a x-pointer issue (bad mouse) that caused the trouble 

This is not the first time I have seen a hardware issue manifest oddly within the software 

The older C360 Vizualize Workstations had the removeable backplane assy. that was trouble to seat back into the chassis on occasion. 

We literally used to slam it back together in order to achieve good contact on the internal I/O board

Anyhow, start simply, hardware check 1st I guess...
