HP-UX 11.00 Printing Problem

I am having a printing problem printing to a LaserJet 4 and a Tektronix Phaser 360. The output indents approximately 80 characters per line. Therefore, only the first line of any file prints correctly. The second line is half there, and the rest of the lines in the file are indented off the page. Also, only one page prints out. Any ideas? We are using
JetAdmin 6.15.

Sounds like the classic "stair-step" problem.

Take a look at this thread..

Re: HP-UX 11.00 Printing Problem

Thanks for the information. However, the problem seems to be getting worse. The symptoms now are:

- I can send print jobs to the queue but the jobs just sit in the queue and never print with or without lpsched running.

- I cannot start the lpsched from the command line.

- Using JetAdmin diagnostics, I can print a test PCL, Postscipt, and user-defined file to the printer successfully.

- Using JetAdmin, it detects lpsched running even when it isnt which affects my ability to add any new network queues.

- Bottom line, I still cant print to the existing network queues already defined, cant add any new queues, but can print through diagnostics to the printer.

I have reinstalled JetAdmin 6.15 once already and rebooted.
