HP-UX Floating-Point Guide online?

Hi

Is the HP-UX Floating-Point Guide doc available online? More general HP-UX
docs?

If not can someone explain the behavious of cos & sin for large numbers? It
really should be >= -1.0 and <= 1.0 ??
