http://metalink.oracle.com

Its also in pdf or html format on the isntallation media.

General advice:
Visit Metalink and install all required OS patches before you start. If you miss this step, Oracle will probably install it just won't work very well if at all after the installation.

Follow you install guide very precisely. Missing the smallest detail can sink your installation.
