i need HP-UX Secure Shell Version A.04.00.000
for hp 11.00. we currently have no ssh installed. i'm just looking for a link (to the depot?) to download this ssh version. hp's search capability really SUX! this is not the only time i've spent hours looking for something here. thanks for any help!

I think you are going to be hard pressed to find anything for HP-UX 11.0 since support for it ended at the end of last year (Dec. 31, 2006).

has SSH, but it only suport HP-UX 11i V1, V2 and V3 (HP-UX 11.11, 11.23 and 11.31 respectively).

I think the best you can do is compile it yourself form the source.

HP's ports are now or soon will be PA-RISC 2.0 which 11.00 can't run.

The best I can do is dig you up the last version we used on 11.00

If you have a software contract you may be able to get HP to open up their ftp site to get you a version that works on 11.00

could you get me the latest version you used for 11.00? if the depot/file is excessively large, emailing may be a problem. in any event, i don't think hp will be directly helpful. don't go too far out of your way, as i will address the problem a differnt way if getting ssh for 11.00 becomes too cumbersome.

The last version of HP-UX Secure Shell for 11.00 was A.04.30.014, as far as I know.

It's no longer available from the HP Software Depot webpage, as HP ended support for 11.00 in the beginning of this year.
