I think Peter Leddy has already pointed the required link.
Some tips for upgarde:
If this is a live server pls don't go for upgrade better do a cold install and restore the database from backup.
Also if at all you are in a situation of upgrade only then pls take the complete system backup and if possible 2 copies.
Also make a good note of the server config software & hardware.

Is the correct answer. Check for edition 11. This is latest one and follow the steps.
