HP-UX version

What is the difference of HP-UX 11.x and HP-UX 11i? Type uname -a, it gives me the output:

HP-UX hp5430 B.11.11 U 9000/800

Is it HP-UX 11i?

Hi:

The notation "11i" is an umbrella label for 11.11 (11iv1) or 11.23 (11iv2) or 11.31 (11iv3). The "v" values mean "version-n" as I have written.

For 11.0 there was only the version.

11.x can be considered shorthand to encompass ALL version of HP-UX 11, including 11.0, 11.11, 11.23, 11.31, etc.
