HPUX 11.0: SAM Menu

I have a K-Class server running HPUX 11.0. When I launch SAM and attempt to select the "Accounts For Users and Groups" option at the top of the menu, it is not displayed (or shown). All of the other options are display but not the "Accounts For Users and Groups". What is the resolution to this issue?

What account are you logging in with? maybe sam -r was used to remove the option for the userid.
Or it just could be a display issue.

Try a different telnet/ssh client. Or try it at the console.

If the feature were not available due to restricted sam, you would not get inside the menu.

Latest SAM patches? Always a good idea.

I can connect using ssh and lanuch SAM and still get the same results with SAM's menu option "Accounts For Users and Groups" not being displayed. What is the lastest SAM patch that I should apply? Thanks

Anyone know how to restore the SAM functional area 'Accounts For Users and Groups'? When I launch SAM, the functional area 'Accounts For Users and Groups' is not available.....

Is SAM running in Restrictive mode ?? (sam -r)
If you have root access try unaliasing sam -r

I searched on the doc id number of 200000065678355 however was unable to find it. When you open the document in the ITRC database, what is the "DocID" located just under the Date, and Document Description field? It may start with ....KBRC????????
