Yep - some nasty people in there - I was blocking the entire class A!

$IPT -A INPUT -p ALL -s 211.0.0.0/8 -j DROP
$IPT -A INPUT -p ALL -s 212.0.0.0/8 -j DROP
$IPT -A INPUT -p ALL -s 213.0.0.0/8 -j DROP

Try it now.
