Now I have the same issue... in a VM guest....No response on this thread yet :-(

Vendor/Device ID 103c12d8 is for HPVM Dynamic memory driver (hpvmdynmem).

You'll get the driver by installing HPVM-Guest bundle, which is recommended to install on every HPVM guest anyway.

You'll find the depot on the HPVM host under /opt/hpvm/guest-images/hpux/.
