hpvmstart says "vm_dev: (12) Not enough space"
I'm trying to start the HPVM virtualisation but the hpvmstart command fails with the error message mentioned in the subject.
Here is a short part of the output:

well your first issue is that we currently do not support OpenVMS as a Guest OS.
I do not know where you got this evaluation copy, but you should go back to them.
Secondly, I suspect there may be an issue with memory space on the VM.
