I think I have duplicate VGID how do I solve this?

Hi,

I'm using business copy to clone my service guard volume and then mount it seperately mount and backup. This works fine. But now when I try and stop my package it fails with the following message:

Failed to notify clvm daemon about volume group deactivation - No such file or directory

Any body any ideas/help?

Hi,

Thanks for reply. unfortunately I already saw this post and followed the action of rebooting. This fixed the problem.

however it happens again after I have used the business copy clone again!

Maybe what I am doing is not possible?
