It seems like you are looking for the patch collect script which is at http://www2.itrc.hp.com/service/patch/assessSystemsPage.do?BC=patch.breadcrumb.main.
Otherwise if you want a script that will collect information abouth the server then try SysInfo, get it from http://hpux.cs.utah.edu/.
