icodd error
I get the following message when running an icod_stat command. Also, dynamic allocation of cpu's is not working on this vPar. Has anyone seen this?
"The following low-level WBEM error occurred: Empty HTTP response message."

As per this link, it's a known problem on account of contention for system resources from the various partitions in the complex. If these messages are received, retry the Instant capacity operation.
